Job Description

Pion is looking for a Product Designer to join on a 6-month FTC or Contractor basis. The role involves working with a cross-functional team to improve product design based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and data. Responsibilities include conducting user research, prototyping, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to design systems and workflows.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience with modern design tools like Figma and Webflow, a strong grasp of UI principles, proficiency in prototyping techniques, insight into B2B software, and experience in platform or dashboard design for the web.
