Job Description

Clear Motivations is looking for talented visual storytellers to join our team as a Videographer/Editor in our Anaheim office. The role involves shooting, creating, and editing content for Clear Motivations’ website and social platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about interviews, documentary-style storytelling, and editing. They should have creative and bold ideas for visual media, including editing short and long-form videos and shooting various content like training videos, program events, and participant interviews. The candidate must be skilled in capturing high-quality video and editing it into engaging content. Collaboration, technical skills, quality orientation, and a positive attitude are key traits we are seeking. The role involves working with program participants to train them in videography and editing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of videography and editing experience
• Ability to operate a camera and audio equipment
• Proficiency in Premiere for video editing and creating dynamic graphics
• Experience in editing engaging video stories
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Valid California Driver’s license and liability insurance
• Must pass a background check

Other Information

This is a temporary-to-hire position with a starting pay of $20 per hour. Benefits include medical health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k retirement plan. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The preferred working hours are 8:30 am to 2:30 pm or 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Applicants should be comfortable working alongside a program participant and provide samples of their work. Filming experience is preferred. The work location is in person.
