Job Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Solutions Team on a 14-month maternity cover contract. You will create compelling design solutions for both digital and print media applications, developing our visual identity and brand in telling the story of Mary’s Meals and the children we serve.

Reporting to the Head of Creative Solutions, you will work in an agile, collaborative environment, developing concepts, collaborating with stakeholders globally, and executing graphic design requests. You will also support the introduction of new design practices and processes.

Key responsibilities include developing creative ideas, choosing appropriate mediums/styles, collaborating with the marketing team, and delivering internal and external design toolkits as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Three years of experience in a graphic design role within a team
• Attention to detail, experience working within brand guidelines
• Experience in project brief execution, stakeholder management, meeting project deadlines
• Team-focused with strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Track record in developing creative design projects from concept to completion
• Photo-editing and post-processing skills
• Typography skills and understanding of using type effectively
• Degree or HND in graphic design or related field, or significant professional experience
