Job Description

• Production Coordination: Assist in overseeing and coordinating all production stages from planning to post-production.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure technical requirements are met for content production.
• Resource Allocation: Support efficient resource management to meet project needs within budget constraints.
• Schedule/Timeline Management: Develop and maintain production schedules while accommodating changes.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to meet standards and client expectations.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify risks and collaborate on strategies for mitigation.
• Budget Administration: Manage production budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, communication, or a related field.
• Preferably 2-4 years of production experience with agencies and/or working with International clients.
• Strong understanding of TikTok platform dynamics and content trends.
• Strong understanding of production processes and workflows.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Frame.io, Lark, AI, Slack.
• Amenable to work on a 4-month project assignment.
• Experience creating educational materials.
• Ideally lives in Los Angeles, California.

• Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
• Schedule: 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday
